What is QueZap and how does it work?
QueZap is a food pre-order app for India. You browse cafes near you, place your order in advance, and pay online. The cafe prepares your order for the pickup slot you chose, so you walk in exactly when it's ready — no waiting in line.
Is QueZap free to use?
Yes. Downloading the app and placing pre-orders is free. During launch we've also waived the platform fee and GST — you pay only the food price the cafe lists.
How much cashback does QueZap give?
Every order earns 10% back as QuePoints. 1 QuePoint = ₹0.25. You can redeem QuePoints against future orders — up to 5% of any order above ₹149.
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay with UPI, credit or debit card, net-banking, or your QueZap wallet. Payments are processed over a PCI-DSS certified gateway and your card/UPI details are never stored by QueZap.
My cafe wants to join QueZap. How do we sign up?
Just fill in the form with your cafe name, city and phone. There's zero commission during launch, and our team will contact you within 24–48 hours to set up your menu and verify your details.
